Hitech Electronics renamed to Beijer Electronics
Five years ago Hitech Electronics Corp. was acquired by Beijer Electronics, a leading company in industrial automation. The acquisition strengthened both companies in terms of research and development, geographical reach and created a strong combined product portfolio.
As a natural part of creating an even stronger and international company we are continuing the brand transition towards Beijer Electronics.
As a result we will change our name from Hitech Electronics Corp. to Beijer Electronics Corp. We will start to communicate under the new name from March 22, the Hitech brand will still exist as a product brand for some of our products.
